In the
summer, the beginning
and end point for our Mt. Hood Loop mountain bike trip is the beautiful town of Hood
River located in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.
In the
winter, adventurers start at one of the Sno-Parks along Highways 26 or 35 to
the southeast of Mt. Hood and near the resort town of Government Camp at the
base of the mountain.
